Being physically active

For me being active is feeling good both about my body and being sharp at thinking / making decisions. Plus it also helps boost metabolism. With all the stress of work and life in general, taking an hour or two does help release some of the negative energy. I choose to workout in the morning because 

  • Having worked out first thing in the morning gives me a sense of accomplishment. 
  • Whatever is going to happen in the day is going to happen but with agile body and mind you are better equipped to deal with circumstances.


 So getting yourself active benefits you at 2 levels: Confidence boosting endorphins which will keep your mood good throughout the day and getting rid of toxins in your body which may have accumulated as a result of stress or bad eating habits.  It also helps you have a good sleep which in turn allows your body to recuperate.
